Outside the office she's involved in the Bremerton Design Review Board. In addition to her project load, she works to advance internal design conversations through several mentorship-oriented programs as well as leading the firm's Equity Committee. New associate Dahlquist, RA, LEED AP is an architect with 15 years of experience practicing in the firm's Community Impact and Healthcare markets.

She has degrees in both architecture and construction management. She joined the firm with extensive experience in civic work, and has quickly established herself as a critical member of the Fire and Emergency Services market. She trains staff on technology tools including Revit, and keeps the firm updated on standards and protocols.Īrcher-Rucshner, RA is a project manager and new associate who has been at RFM since 2021. In addition to being a licensed Architect, she holds multiple certifications from the Construction Specifications Institute and serves as the firm's building information modeling manager. Haley, RA, CDT, CCCA, LEED GA has worked at Rice Fergus Miller since 2013. As a Bremerton resident, she serves her community as a member of the city's Design Review Board and as the current president for the Wayzgoose Kitsap Board of Directors. Outside the office, she has served as the Society for Marketing Professional Services Seattle Chapter president, CPSM chair, and director of marketing. In addition to running the firm's marketing efforts, she is involved in RFM's internal Equity and Charitable Contributions Committees. She has over 15 years of marketing experience and is a Certified Professional Services Marketer. Hatch, CPSM joined the firm in 2021 as director of marketing. Gladics has worked on nearly three dozen facilities across Washington, Oregon and Idaho, including new fire stations, small and large remodels, capital facilities plans, and fleet and logistics facilities. She is an integral part of planning and designing facilities for our first responders, and supports the firm's marketing efforts to secure new work. Gladics, NCIDQ has been at Rice Fergus Miller for nearly seven years, and helps co-lead the Fire and Emergency Services market. Kim Huyber has been promoted to associate and director of business operations. New associates are: Jessica Archer-Rucshner, Kirsten Dahlquist, Leah Delaney, Jamie Hysell, Elaine Liffgens, and Becky Wall. The firm's new associate principals are: Sarah Gladics, Erin Hatch, and Inky Haley. Rice Fergus Miller promoted ten new female leaders.
